يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
O
ٱلَّذِينَ
(you) who
ءَامَنُوٓا۟
believe!
إِذَا
When
نُودِىَ
(the) call is made
لِلصَّلَوٰةِ
for (the) prayer
مِن
on
يَوْمِ
(the) day
ٱلْجُمُعَةِ
(of) Friday,
فَٱسْعَوْا۟
then hasten
إِلَىٰ to ذِكْرِ (the) remembrance ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah وَذَرُوا۟ and leave ٱلْبَيْعَ the business. ذَٰلِكُمْ That خَيْرٌ (is) better لَّكُمْ for you, إِن if كُنتُمْ you تَعْلَمُونَ know.
فَإِذَا Then when قُضِيَتِ is concluded ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ the prayer, فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ then disperse فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the land وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ and seek
مِن from فَضْلِ (the) Bounty ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah, وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ and remember ٱللَّهَ Allah كَثِيرًا much لَّعَلَّكُمْ so that you may تُفْلِحُونَ succeed.
وَإِذَا And when رَأَوْا۟ they saw تِجَٰرَةً a transaction أَوْ or لَهْوًا a sport, ٱنفَضُّوٓا۟ they rushed إِلَيْهَا to it وَتَرَكُوكَ and left you قَآئِمًا standing. قُلْ Say, مَا "What عِندَ (is) with
ٱللَّهِ Allah خَيْرٌ (is) better مِّنَ than ٱللَّهْوِ the sport وَمِنَ and from ٱلتِّجَٰرَةِ (any) transaction. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah خَيْرُ (is the) Best ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ (of) the Providers."
لَرَسُولُهُۥ (are) surely His Messenger, وَٱللَّهُ and Allah يَشْهَدُ testifies إِنَّ that ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ the hypocrites لَكَٰذِبُونَ (are) surely liars. ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ They take
أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ their oaths جُنَّةً (as) a cover, فَصَدُّوا۟ so they turn away عَن from سَبِيلِ (the) Way ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah. إِنَّهُمْ Indeed, [they] سَآءَ evil is مَا what كَانُوا۟ they used to
يَعْمَلُونَ do. ذَٰلِكَ That بِأَنَّهُمْ (is) because ءَامَنُوا۟ they believed, ثُمَّ then كَفَرُوا۟ they disbelieved; فَطُبِعَ so were sealed عَلَىٰ [upon] قُلُوبِهِمْ their hearts, فَهُمْ so they
لَا (do) not يَفْقَهُونَ understand. وَإِذَا And when رَأَيْتَهُمْ you see them تُعْجِبُكَ pleases you أَجْسَامُهُمْ their bodies, وَإِن and if يَقُولُوا۟ they speak,
تَسْمَعْ you listen لِقَوْلِهِمْ to their speech, كَأَنَّهُمْ as if they (were) خُشُبٌ pieces of wood مُّسَنَّدَةٌ propped up. يَحْسَبُونَ They think كُلَّ every صَيْحَةٍ shout
عَلَيْهِمْ (is) against them. هُمُ They ٱلْعَدُوُّ (are) the enemy, فَٱحْذَرْهُمْ so beware of them. قَٰتَلَهُمُ May destroy them ٱللَّهُ Allah! أَنَّىٰ How يُؤْفَكُونَ are they deluded?
إِلَىٰ to ذِكْرِ (the) remembrance ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah وَذَرُوا۟ and leave ٱلْبَيْعَ the business. ذَٰلِكُمْ That خَيْرٌ (is) better لَّكُمْ for you, إِن if كُنتُمْ you تَعْلَمُونَ know.

سورة Al-Munaafiqoon
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِذَا
When
جَآءَكَ
come to you
ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ
the hypocrites,
قَالُوا۟
they say,
نَشْهَدُ
"We testify
إِنَّكَ
that you
لَرَسُولُ
(are) surely (the) Messenger
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah."
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
يَعْلَمُ
knows
إِنَّكَ
that you
لَرَسُولُهُۥ (are) surely His Messenger, وَٱللَّهُ and Allah يَشْهَدُ testifies إِنَّ that ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ the hypocrites لَكَٰذِبُونَ (are) surely liars. ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ They take

عَلَيْهِمْ (is) against them. هُمُ They ٱلْعَدُوُّ (are) the enemy, فَٱحْذَرْهُمْ so beware of them. قَٰتَلَهُمُ May destroy them ٱللَّهُ Allah! أَنَّىٰ How يُؤْفَكُونَ are they deluded?
