إِنَّ
Indeed
هَٰذَا
this,
لَهُوَ
surely it (is)
ٱلْقَصَصُ
the narration -
ٱلْحَقُّ
[the] true.
وَمَا
And (there is) no
مِنْ
(of)
إِلَٰهٍ
god
إِلَّا
except
ٱللَّهُ
Allah.
وَإِنَّ
And indeed,
ٱللَّهَ
Allah,
لَهُوَ
surely He
ٱلْعَزِيزُ (is) the All-Mighty, ٱلْحَكِيمُ the All-Wise. فَإِن And if تَوَلَّوْا۟ they turn back, فَإِنَّ then indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah عَلِيمٌۢ (is) All-Knowing, بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ of the corrupters.
قُلْ Say, يَٰٓأَهْلَ "O People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book! تَعَالَوْا۟ Come إِلَىٰ to كَلِمَةٍ a word سَوَآءٍۭ equitable بَيْنَنَا between us
وَبَيْنَكُمْ and between you - أَلَّا that not نَعْبُدَ we worship إِلَّا except ٱللَّهَ Allah, وَلَا and not نُشْرِكَ we associate partners بِهِۦ with Him - شَيْـًٔا anything وَلَا and not يَتَّخِذَ take
بَعْضُنَا some of us بَعْضًا (to) others أَرْبَابًا (as) lords مِّن from دُونِ besides ٱللَّهِ Allah." فَإِن Then if تَوَلَّوْا۟ they turn away, فَقُولُوا۟ then say, ٱشْهَدُوا۟ "Bear witness
بِأَنَّا that we مُسْلِمُونَ (are) Muslims." يَٰٓأَهْلَ O People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book! لِمَ Why تُحَآجُّونَ (do) you argue فِىٓ concerning إِبْرَٰهِيمَ Ibrahim
وَمَآ while not أُنزِلَتِ was revealed ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ the Taurat وَٱلْإِنجِيلُ and the Injeel إِلَّا except مِنۢ from بَعْدِهِۦٓ after him? أَفَلَا Then why don't تَعْقِلُونَ you use your intellect?
هَٰٓأَنتُمْ Here you are - هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ those who حَٰجَجْتُمْ argued فِيمَا about what لَكُم [for] you بِهِۦ of it عِلْمٌ (have some) knowledge. فَلِمَ Then why
تُحَآجُّونَ (do) you argue فِيمَا about what لَيْسَ not لَكُم for you بِهِۦ of it عِلْمٌ (any) knowledge. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah يَعْلَمُ knows, وَأَنتُمْ while you
لَا (do) not تَعْلَمُونَ know. مَا Not كَانَ was إِبْرَٰهِيمُ Ibrahim يَهُودِيًّا a Jew وَلَا and not نَصْرَانِيًّا a Christian
وَلَٰكِن [and] but كَانَ he was حَنِيفًا a true مُّسْلِمًا Muslim, وَمَا and not كَانَ he was مِنَ from ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ the polytheists.
إِنَّ Indeed, أَوْلَى the best to claim relationship ٱلنَّاسِ (of) people بِإِبْرَٰهِيمَ with Ibrahim لَلَّذِينَ (are) those who ٱتَّبَعُوهُ follow him وَهَٰذَا and this ٱلنَّبِىُّ [the] Prophet وَٱلَّذِينَ and those who
ءَامَنُوا۟ believe[d]. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah وَلِىُّ (is) a Guardian ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (of) the believers. وَدَّت Wished طَّآئِفَةٌ a group مِّنْ from أَهْلِ (the) People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book
لَوْ if يُضِلُّونَكُمْ they could lead you astray, وَمَا and not يُضِلُّونَ they lead astray إِلَّآ except أَنفُسَهُمْ themselves وَمَا and not يَشْعُرُونَ they perceive. يَٰٓأَهْلَ O People
ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book! لِمَ Why do تَكْفُرُونَ you deny بِـَٔايَٰتِ [in] the Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah وَأَنتُمْ while you تَشْهَدُونَ bear witness?
ٱلْعَزِيزُ (is) the All-Mighty, ٱلْحَكِيمُ the All-Wise. فَإِن And if تَوَلَّوْا۟ they turn back, فَإِنَّ then indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah عَلِيمٌۢ (is) All-Knowing, بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ of the corrupters.
قُلْ Say, يَٰٓأَهْلَ "O People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book! تَعَالَوْا۟ Come إِلَىٰ to كَلِمَةٍ a word سَوَآءٍۭ equitable بَيْنَنَا between us
وَبَيْنَكُمْ and between you - أَلَّا that not نَعْبُدَ we worship إِلَّا except ٱللَّهَ Allah, وَلَا and not نُشْرِكَ we associate partners بِهِۦ with Him - شَيْـًٔا anything وَلَا and not يَتَّخِذَ take
بَعْضُنَا some of us بَعْضًا (to) others أَرْبَابًا (as) lords مِّن from دُونِ besides ٱللَّهِ Allah." فَإِن Then if تَوَلَّوْا۟ they turn away, فَقُولُوا۟ then say, ٱشْهَدُوا۟ "Bear witness
بِأَنَّا that we مُسْلِمُونَ (are) Muslims." يَٰٓأَهْلَ O People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book! لِمَ Why تُحَآجُّونَ (do) you argue فِىٓ concerning إِبْرَٰهِيمَ Ibrahim

تُحَآجُّونَ (do) you argue فِيمَا about what لَيْسَ not لَكُم for you بِهِۦ of it عِلْمٌ (any) knowledge. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah يَعْلَمُ knows, وَأَنتُمْ while you
لَا (do) not تَعْلَمُونَ know. مَا Not كَانَ was إِبْرَٰهِيمُ Ibrahim يَهُودِيًّا a Jew وَلَا and not نَصْرَانِيًّا a Christian
وَلَٰكِن [and] but كَانَ he was حَنِيفًا a true مُّسْلِمًا Muslim, وَمَا and not كَانَ he was مِنَ from ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ the polytheists.
إِنَّ Indeed, أَوْلَى the best to claim relationship ٱلنَّاسِ (of) people بِإِبْرَٰهِيمَ with Ibrahim لَلَّذِينَ (are) those who ٱتَّبَعُوهُ follow him وَهَٰذَا and this ٱلنَّبِىُّ [the] Prophet وَٱلَّذِينَ and those who
ءَامَنُوا۟ believe[d]. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah وَلِىُّ (is) a Guardian ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (of) the believers. وَدَّت Wished طَّآئِفَةٌ a group مِّنْ from أَهْلِ (the) People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book
