كَأَنَّهُمْ حُمُرٌ مُّسْتَنفِرَةٌ 50 فَرَّتْ مِن قَسْوَرَةٍۭ 51 بَلْ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُؤْتَىٰ صُحُفًا مُّنَشَّرَةً 52 كَلَّا بَل لَّا يَخَافُونَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ 53 كَلَّآ إِنَّهُۥ تَذْكِرَةٌ 54 فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ 55 وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ هُوَ أَهْلُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ 56

English Translation - Sahih International

(74:50) As if they were alarmed donkeys (74:51) Fleeing from a lion? (74:52) Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. (74:53) No! But they do not fear the Hereafter. (74:54) No! Indeed, the Qur`an is a reminder (74:55) Then whoever wills will remember it. (74:56) And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness.
