بَلْ
Nay,
أَتَيْنَٰهُم
We (have) brought them
بِٱلْحَقِّ
the truth,
وَإِنَّهُمْ
but indeed, they
لَكَٰذِبُونَ
surely, (are) liars.
مَا
Not
ٱتَّخَذَ
Allah has taken *[meaning includes next or prev. word]
ٱللَّهُ
Allah has taken *[meaning includes next or prev. word]
مِن
any
وَلَدٍ son, وَمَا and not كَانَ is مَعَهُۥ with Him مِنْ any إِلَٰهٍ god. إِذًا Then لَّذَهَبَ surely (would have) taken away كُلُّ each إِلَٰهٍۭ god بِمَا what خَلَقَ he created,
وَلَعَلَا and surely would have overpowered, بَعْضُهُمْ some of them عَلَىٰ [on] بَعْضٍ others. سُبْحَٰنَ Glory be ٱللَّهِ (to) Allah عَمَّا above what يَصِفُونَ they attribute!
عَٰلِمِ Knower ٱلْغَيْبِ (of) the unseen وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ and the witnessed, فَتَعَٰلَىٰ exalted is He عَمَّا above what يُشْرِكُونَ they associate. قُل Say, رَّبِّ "My Lord!
إِمَّا If تُرِيَنِّى You should show me مَا what يُوعَدُونَ they are promised رَبِّ My Lord, فَلَا then (do) not تَجْعَلْنِى place me فِى among ٱلْقَوْمِ the people - ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ the wrongdoers."
وَإِنَّا And indeed We عَلَىٰٓ on أَن that نُّرِيَكَ We show you مَا what نَعِدُهُمْ We have promised them لَقَٰدِرُونَ surely able. ٱدْفَعْ Repel بِٱلَّتِى by that
هِىَ which أَحْسَنُ (is) best - ٱلسَّيِّئَةَ the evil. نَحْنُ We أَعْلَمُ know best بِمَا of what يَصِفُونَ they attribute. وَقُل And say, رَّبِّ "My Lord!
أَعُوذُ I seek refuge بِكَ in You مِنْ from هَمَزَٰتِ (the) suggestions ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ (of) the evil ones, وَأَعُوذُ And I seek refuge بِكَ in You, رَبِّ My Lord! أَن Lest
يَحْضُرُونِ they be present with me." حَتَّىٰٓ Until إِذَا when جَآءَ comes أَحَدَهُمُ (to) one of them ٱلْمَوْتُ the death قَالَ he says, رَبِّ "My Lord!
ٱرْجِعُونِ Send me back لَعَلِّىٓ That I may أَعْمَلُ do صَٰلِحًا righteous (deeds) فِيمَا in what تَرَكْتُ I left behind." كَلَّآ No! إِنَّهَا Indeed, it
كَلِمَةٌ (is) a word هُوَ he قَآئِلُهَا speaks it, وَمِن and before them *[meaning includes next or prev. word] وَرَآئِهِم and before them *[meaning includes next or prev. word] بَرْزَخٌ (is) a barrier إِلَىٰ till يَوْمِ (the) Day يُبْعَثُونَ they are resurrected.
فَإِذَا So when نُفِخَ is blown فِى in ٱلصُّورِ the trumpet فَلَآ then not أَنسَابَ (there) will be relationship بَيْنَهُمْ among them يَوْمَئِذٍ that Day, وَلَا and not يَتَسَآءَلُونَ will they ask each other.
فَمَن Then (the one) whose ثَقُلَتْ (are) heavy مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ his scales, فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ then those - هُمُ they ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ (are) the successful. وَمَنْ But (the one) whose
خَفَّتْ (are) light مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ his scales, فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ then those ٱلَّذِينَ they [who] خَسِرُوٓا۟ have lost أَنفُسَهُمْ their souls, فِى in جَهَنَّمَ Hell
خَٰلِدُونَ they (will) abide forever. تَلْفَحُ Will burn وُجُوهَهُمُ their faces ٱلنَّارُ the Fire, وَهُمْ and they فِيهَا in it كَٰلِحُونَ (will) grin with displaced lips.
وَلَدٍ son, وَمَا and not كَانَ is مَعَهُۥ with Him مِنْ any إِلَٰهٍ god. إِذًا Then لَّذَهَبَ surely (would have) taken away كُلُّ each إِلَٰهٍۭ god بِمَا what خَلَقَ he created,
